Penny Dreadful

I was going to watch something on Hulu Plus but one of the advertised shows caught my attention. A new series called Penny Dreadful that will be airing on Showtime. Hulu will probably only have the pilot episode, but that's alright. It's a late Victorian era, supernatural, crime drama/adventure series starring Timothy Dalton, Eva Green, and Josh Hartnett. The clothing, decor and special effects all seem really well done. And it has a very "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" feel to it; even more so when you get to the end of this first episode. I think that the series will definitely be worth watching.
